Me-Made-May 2016 #2

This raw edged knit tunic has become one of my go to tops for this transition into springtime. We had some unseasonably warm days early this spring and now we seem to have reverted back to unseasonably cold and rainy ones! The knit fabrics I used here are lightweight so that I can layer the tunic with a sweater for warmth on those chilly mornings…Ahhhh, life in New England! The cowl neck is attached to the neckline and can be worn as shown, off the shoulder (not likely!) or as a snood! The pattern is Simplicity 1014. The main fabric is from Mood Fabrics NYC and the mini ruffle fabric for the cowl is from Fabric.com.
